Educational Qualifications : B. Com, M. Com, MBA

Experience : 5 – 10 Years

Candidate Profile :
Self motivated with the ability to work independently & lead the F&A team.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Must possess good communication skills.
Process Orientation
Managing day-to-day affairs of all aspects of Accounts and Finance.
Ability to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work pressure and clients’ requirements.
Ability to work under pressure situations.
Must have background of handling Accounts & Finance for Recruitment services company.

Job Profile :
To provide monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and maintenance of books of accounts.
Processing of salaries as per the terms and conditions defined in the agreement with clients.
Accurate Billing of cost of services provided to the clients.
Client Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation etc.
Responsible for smooth transition of Payroll of all new clients.
Setting up internal payroll process to minimize errors and for smooth payroll processing.
Preparation of monthly reports – client wise cost/revenue/GP Margin, variation report, Sales projection report etc.
Accounting entries of Payroll related Billing/Cost/Revenue/Margin and Provisions etc.
