Job Title : Recruitment Executive
Location : Bangalore
Educational Qualifications :
UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations, International Business, Other Management
Experience : 1-5 Year
Candidate Profile :
♦ Experience in any of the leading search firms/recruitment consultancies is highly preferred.
♦ Graduate/Post Graduate with atleast 1 year of experience in Analytics recruitment or “executive search” or “staffing.
♦ Industry experience in Analytics is mandatory.
♦ Should have strong understanding of Analytics recruitment process.
♦ Should be highly motivated and a go getter.
Job Profile :
♦ Work with the candidate and the client through the offer process and ensure that the interests of both parties are met to the maximum extent.
♦ Mentor new joinees/ trainee recruiters by giving them training on various skills and techniques.
♦ Share the profile with client’s recruitment team and take feedbacks.
♦ Maintain candidate database and reports.
♦ Acheive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
♦ Understand the client’s requirements in Analytics.
♦ Closely engage with the client’s recruitment team to coordinate interviews till closure.
